Rules for registering road accidents according to the European protocol

The Europrotocol is a document that allows you to formalize some road accidents in a simplified manner without calling the traffic police. After disconnecting the form, the second page of the European protocol is filled out independently by each participant in the accident.

For residents of Moscow, St. Petersburg, the Moscow and Leningrad regions, when registering an accident without authorized persons, in the case of providing data from GLONASS systems or other global navigation satellite systems, the amount of payments under the Euro Protocol in case of an accident will already be 400,000 rubles (that is, the maximum limit for OSAGO).
