We must ensure that they are completely level with the main surface of the body or other repaired part:

  • We treat the area around the tubercle with a putty compound (it is most convenient and safe to apply it with a silicone or soft rubber spatula). We are waiting for the putty to dry.
  • Take a small flat block of wood. We wrap it with R1500 sandpaper. We sand the surface by hand, regularly washing the area to be treated and the sanding paper itself with water. There is no need to press the bar.
  • When the bump disappears (it should not be visible visually), take the P2000 sandpaper and use it to finish the repaired chip.
