Replacing fuses

We independently replace fuses on Toyota Corolla:

  1. First, you need to turn off the ignition and all other electrical devices before you begin the fuse replacement procedure.
  2. Make sure that the fuse you install is of the current rating you need, and that the name of the circuit protecting it is indicated on the cover.
  3. The type A fuse must be removed using tweezers, but if you are not sure that the fuse has blown, you should replace it with a known good one by inserting it into the correct clamps.
