- To complete the procedure, unscrew the “top support” mounting nuts and remove the rack.
- In order to install the suspension, you need to carry out the above steps “in reverse”.

The front suspension is independent, MacPherson strut type, with telescopic shock absorber struts 2 (Fig. 7.1), coil springs 1, wishbones 7, anti-roll bar 8.
The main elements of the front suspension are telescopic shock absorber struts 2, combining the functions of a telescopic element of the guide mechanism and a damping element for vertical vibrations of the wheel relative to the body.
The shock absorber struts contain coiled coil springs, compression buffers with protective covers, and upper supports with thrust bearings (Fig. 7.2). The load is transferred to the car body through the upper support. The shock absorber strut 2 (see Fig. 7.1) is connected to the suspension arm 7 through the steering knuckle 3 and the ball joint 5.
Anti-roll bar 6 is connected to the front suspension subframe by two brackets through rubber cushions, and to shock absorber strut 2 through stabilizer strut 4 with ball joints.
The front suspension arm 7 is attached to the subframe by means of two rubber-metal hinges (silent blocks), and to the steering knuckle 3 of the hub through a ball joint 5.
