Duration of training at a driving school for a license

How many months to study for a driver's license

The ability to drive a vehicle is provided to those persons who have a driver's license.

Obtaining a driver's license is carried out after passing the theory and practice of driving, while in accordance with the latest changes in legislation, only those persons who have studied in accredited educational institutions - driving schools have the right to take the exam and, in fact, have the opportunity to obtain the coveted document. How long does it take to study for a car license, how does the duration of the process of acquiring knowledge depend on what category of rights the student intends to obtain and what knowledge and skills are taught in such institutions?

How long does it take to study at a driving school?

The duration of training in a driving school directly depends on what category of license the student will receive - that is, on what kind of vehicle he will be able to drive. Thus, studying for a license, depending on the type of vehicle in question, takes:

  • Category A, A1, AM (moped, scooter, motorcycle) – training lasts 1.5 months. At the same time, students undergo a short course in theory and practice;
  • For category B, a novice motorist will have to study longer - the period of obtaining theoretical knowledge and practicing practice lasts 3 months. Both theory and practice are studied in full, and the student discusses the time of practical classes together with the instructor. After the end of 3 months, the examination at the traffic police takes place;
  • In order to study category C (for a tractor license) you will have to spend about 3 months;
  • Aircraft category - it is the most difficult and the training period lasts 4.5 months, since those enrolled in a driving school receive knowledge of driving two types of transport at once;
  • Category D – to obtain a driver’s license of this category you will need to spend 2 months, and the period may be shorter if before that the student has already mastered driving vehicles belonging to B and C;
  • Category E - training for it lasts 1.5 months, but a prerequisite is that the student has two years of experience in categories B and C. In the event that there is a need to obtain a license to drive freight vehicles outside the Russian Federation ( international truck driver), then you can take an additional course in 5 days.

Features of training in a driving school

Currently, the learning process in a driving school is carried out in the following stages, which are mandatory for all enrolled in it:

  • Study of the theoretical part (the theory program is approved by legislative acts and includes all the mandatory information necessary for a motorist when driving, servicing a vehicle and in situations involving injuries and damage) – 130 hours;
  • Practical part - during the internship, the student, together with his instructor, already behind the wheel of a training car, practices all the exercises necessary to pass the traffic police exam;
  • Passing the exam - the final 4 hours are allotted for this action, during which the student is tested and passes the practical part at the racetrack and while driving around the city.

Latest changes in driving license training

Recent innovations have also affected what compulsory subjects and topics are included in the theoretical curriculum. So, in a driving school, each student will take a course in the following subjects:

  • Profile law directly related to driving;
  • Traffic rules with all changes that have been introduced and are in force at the time of their completion in the driving school. In addition, if laws and amendments are issued indicating that changes will be introduced over time, the instructor will also bring this fact to the attention of the students;
  • Basic psychological and emotional characteristics and aspects of motorist behavior on the road;
  • Principles of first aid. It is worth noting that, in accordance with the new rules, only 16 hours are allotted for this stage, while previously such a topic was covered in 24 hours;
  • Basic points of safe driving;
  • Rules for using the machine for its safe operation.

Also, starting this year, all driving school students will be introduced to the basic concepts of the rules for transporting goods and passengers.

In parallel with this, the possibility of self-training in the practical part of driving was canceled - now each student is required to undergo practical training at a driving school.

Moreover, when directly passing the exam, the number of mandatory exercises that a motorist will need to complete will no longer be 3, as was previously the case, but 5.

How long does it take to study for a driver's license?

Every year the number of people wishing to obtain the coveted driving license is growing. In 2016, the training period and cost changed, and strict requirements were applied to training organizations. In this article, we will look at all the intricacies of this process, and also answer the question that worries future motorists so much, how long to study for a car license.

Reasons for changes

This year, legislation has become more demanding on the quality of training of future drivers, as the number of accidents involving new drivers on the road is growing rapidly. Therefore, those who did not receive a driver’s license (DR) last year will spend significantly more money, time and effort.

Only accredited driving schools can teach the basics of driving. Such organizations have their own training program, which is approved by the traffic police. According to the updated rules, people at least 16 years old are allowed to take courses in categories “A1” and “M”. You can train for other types of transport from the age of 18.

What is the duration of training

Previously, you could prepare for exams yourself and practice driving a car. Everything has changed. If you don't visit a driving school now, no one will look at you.

There are 3 stages of training category “B” in the amount of 190 hours (previously only 156):

  • theoretical classes – 130 hours;
  • practical driving – 56 hours;
  • exam – 4 hours.

Now, during the driving test, the driver must complete 4 exercises (previously - 3). Added “safe passenger disembarkation” exercise.

Many car enthusiasts are interested in the period of retraining when receiving another category. Basic training is 84 hours. Some changes have been made to the admission to the “M” category (scooters and mopeds). If the driver does not have a license to drive other types of transport (“B”, “C”, etc.), he must attend mandatory classes at a driving school.

If a person has learned to drive a car with an automatic transmission, then after completing the course he is not allowed to drive a car with a manual transmission. However, when learning to drive a car with a manual transmission, he has every right to drive a vehicle with an automatic transmission.

Depending on the desired category, the following training periods are provided:

  • “A”, “A” - no more than 4 months;
  • “B”, “M” - 3.5 months;
  • “C” - 6 months;
  • “D” - 7.5 months;
  • “D1” – no more than 7 months;
  • “B1E”, “DE” - no more than a month;
  • "CE" - 1 month.

Documentation

In order to start training at a driving school, you should have the following list of documentation with you:

  1. Russian Federation passport. You will receive a special form where you need to enter your personal data.
  2. Medical certificate of the new type 083/u-89. You need to contact doctors such as a therapist, a psychiatrist-narcologist, an ophthalmologist, a surgeon, a neurologist, an ENT specialist.
  3. Photos (3X4, 3 pieces).
  4. Military ID (men under 27 years old).

How many subjects are studied at the driving school?

This year the preparatory program has been updated - the principle of modularity has been introduced. There are three stages for a beginner: basic, specialized and professional. A trained driver is not required to complete this training. In European countries, this principle has been operating successfully for a long time.

The following subjects are compulsory in a driving school:

  • traffic regulations;
  • specialized law;
  • the basics of psycho-emotional behavior of a driver on the road;
  • basics of first aid. The number of hours has decreased to 16 (previously −24);
  • theory of safe driving;
  • vehicle operating rules;
  • the basics of competent transportation of goods and passengers.

Cost of car courses

After the introduction of amendments to driving school training, the price of courses increased by almost 40%. The main “culprits” were several reasons: the growth of foreign currency, the difficult financial situation in the country, an increase in study periods, as well as increased requirements for teachers and equipment for automotive organizations.

Fees for exams have been established:

  • passing the theoretical part – 1 thousand rubles;
  • practical driving – 3.5 thousand rubles.

Registration of a driver's license costs 2 thousand rubles (previously 800 rubles). The full cost of the rights will cost up to 35 thousand rubles.

How to save money?

There are several options on how to save on obtaining rights:

  • profitable promotions, due to which the final cost of courses is significantly reduced;
  • a special referral from the employment service, this method is only suitable for people who have been registered with this institution for at least 2 months;
  • refund of 13% of the amount of money spent on training (social tax deduction).

Video about exam rules

Since the duration of training for a license this year is at least 3.5 months, you should take care in advance about choosing the right driving school. The best option is that the organization and the racing track are located close to your place of residence, and the cost of training is reasonable.

Duration of training in a driving school, taking into account new driver training programs

What will happen to the driver training system in the Russian Federation? Will it really be reformed or will it remain one of the most corrupt and ineffective?

Will we continue to die on the sides of Russian roads due to the basic ignorance of traffic rules by would-be drivers and their inability to adequately control their vehicle? Let's try to figure it out.

Long live the new terms of driving school training! Hooray!

It's finished! Finally! Such epithets should be attached to the publication of the Order of Monoeducation of the Russian Federation on the introduction of new training programs in driving schools in our country. Only a lazy journalist did not try to comment on this Order.

But sometimes the low qualifications of the masters of the epistolary genre distort the true picture of the reform and its consequences.

This happened this time too, when a number of electronic and “paper” media began to search for information about how long driving school cadets will now study.

And the most important thing is that some - the most gifted paper scribblers - still find this very standard period of training in a driving school and even give real figures.

And only specialists, to whom your humble servant equates himself, laugh at these attempts, because... For in the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science there are not and cannot be strictly established, normatively defined periods of training in a driving school. NO! And don't argue! Why is everyone talking about their increase (along with rising tuition costs)? See point 2.

Why is the training period increasing?

In reality, everything is quite simple. The fact is that the new programs provide for an increase in hours of both theoretical and practical training. In addition, a new procedure for the final qualifying exam is being finally introduced - in 2 stages: Stage 1 - passing the “theory” and “platform”; Stage 2 – delivery of the “city”.

Where it leads? No no! I’m not talking about the growth of corruption in traffic police circles (although, let’s be honest, as they say: this can lead to an increase in bribery). But now I’m talking about something else: all this will cause (should cause!) a physical increase in the duration of training in a driving school. Elementary logic: as the number of hours spent on training increases, the duration of training in a driving school increases.

How long does it take to study for a category B license?

Of course, category B is the most popular. How long does it take to study? A similar question is now being asked by those who were unable to jump into the door of the last carriage of the departing train without having time to study according to the old training programs. Let's satisfy their information hunger.

As already noted, strict training periods are not prescribed in any legal act. Therefore, let’s turn to logic and mathematics.

So, the “pure” theoretical training course for drivers in this category is 130 hours. This means that the specified course load must be completed. But in what time frame? And here it all depends on the lesson formula at a particular driving school. Let's consider the 4 most popular alternatives (taking into account that one theoretical lesson lasts on average 3 hours).

Number of classes per week (number of hours per week)
2 (6) 3 (9) 4 (12) 5 (15)
Number of weeks (number of months) of theoretical training About 22 (more than 5) About 15 (more than 3.5) About 11 (more than 2.5) About 9 (more than 2)

To determine the minimum training period, we will use the last option - with 5-day training (15 hours per week). Agree, this is unlikely and only theoretically possible, but for the sake of objectivity, let’s take this option – the one with the minimum time frame. So, it's been more than 2 months now.

Practical classes are also conducted on site simultaneously with theoretical ones. If all requirements are met (especially the required number of training machines and instructors), training a group of cadets of 30 people will take about 1 month.

The calculation is very simple. The number of hours that need to be “skated” with a group of 30 cadets is 720 (24 hours on the site x for 30 people).

The minimum number of cars in a driving school (according to the new calculation method) is 2 units, which can be used in 2 shifts. 4 instructors for 2 training vehicles will be able to train a group in approximately 24 days (720 hours / (7.2 hours per shift x 4 instructors).

And this is provided that every cadet will have to undergo practical training every day (except Sunday). As a result - almost a month. Consequently, on-site practice will not affect the increase in training time.

By the way, the difference between the program for a manual transmission and an automatic transmission is only 2 hours, which again is not significant when determining the duration of training in a driving school.

After completing the training, a qualifying (or “internal” exam) must take place (1 day), and after this, the training group will wait for an invitation to the first exam at the traffic police (another day).

Let’s take an ideal situation: the “internal” exam was passed the first time, and the management of the driving school came to the rescue in advance, and the exam at the traffic police took place the very next day. And then again the ideal scheme: everyone passed the exam at the traffic police and received the right to learn to drive on the roads. Therefore, another 2 days passed. Just two days!!! (This is ideal!).

Summarize. The first stage of training, with an ideal scheme and maximum intensive training, took about 2.5 months.

The second stage is practical driving in real road conditions. Each cadet must skate another 32 hours, which (using our previous methodology) is about a month. Don’t forget to add another “ideal” day here – handing over the “city” to the traffic police.

Adding up the training time for stages 1 and 2, we get 3.5 months. This is the minimum training period in a driving school for a category B driver. But this option is only possible with the most intensive training (3 hours every working day!) and only under an ideal set of circumstances, when time is significantly saved on organizational issues - preparing and conducting exams.

In reality, most often in Russian driving schools they teach according to the formula of 3 lessons (9 hours) per week.

And it is not difficult to calculate that on average, with such a structure of theoretical classes, the minimum time spent by each cadet under the arches of a driving school will be no less than 5 months.

Plus, the course of events in terms of organizational moments is by no means ideal. As a result, the training will last almost six months. This is an average.

With other categories the situation is different. The reasons for this lie in the different “timelines” both in theory and in practice.

What is the duration of training in a driving school for programs of other categories of driver's licenses?

It seems that there is no need to return to the explanation of the methodology for calculating training time for other categories. We simply state the facts, focusing on the average indicator (training according to the formula of 3 theoretical lessons, or 9 hours, per week):

  • Category M – about 3.5 months;
  • Category A and A1 – about 4 months;
  • Category B1 – about 4 months;
  • Category C – about 6 months;
  • Category C1 – about 5.5 months
  • Category D – about 7.5 months;
  • Category D1 – about 7 months;
  • Category BE – less than 1 month;
  • Category B1E – less than 1 month;
  • Category CE – about 1 month;
  • Category C1E – about 1 month;
  • Category DE – about 1 month.
  • Category D1E – about 1 month.

As can be seen from the examples, in relation to the “old” categories, there was an absolute increase in the duration of training in a driving school.

Retraining programs: triumphant return

Let us immediately note that in 2010 the retraining programs were abolished. And in order for someone with an “open” category B to study for another category (for example, C), it was necessary to listen again to the entire traffic rules course, all the basic safe driving, and first aid. And, of course, pay for it in full.

Now retraining programs should speed up and reduce the cost of obtaining a driver’s license of a different category if you already have one.

One note. Categories M, A and A1 do not participate in retraining: “from them” and “on them” you cannot retrain. Otherwise, the methodology for calculating training time does not differ from that which has already been used. So, the duration of training in a driving school is from 2014 with retraining from:

  • B to C – about 2 months;
  • B on C1 – more than 1.5 months;
  • B to D – about 3 months;
  • B on D1 – about 2.5 months;
  • C to B – about 1 month;
  • C to D – about 2.5 months;
  • C to D1 – more than 2 months;
  • D to B – about 1.5 months;
  • D to C – about 1.5 months;
  • D on C1 – about 1.5 months.

Thus, compared to previous practice, for those drivers who already have a driver’s license of a certain category, learning for a new one will be much faster and cheaper.

Advanced training programs: innovations

One innovation has appeared in the modern Russian legal field - advanced training from “automatic” to “mechanical”. Drivers, having completed training on a vehicle with an automatic transmission, can now take advanced training courses and drive a vehicle with a manual transmission. It's all so simple, but so necessary.

The duration of the course for categories M, A, A1 and B1 is less than 0.5 months; B, B1, C, C1, D, D1 – about 0.5 months.

Instead of a conclusion. Real increase in training time in a driving school

Analysis of work programs for driver training allows us to draw one general conclusion. Yes, for beginning drivers (cadets), the duration of training at a driving school should increase. And it’s inevitable. And all because the training programs themselves have become more voluminous (both in terms of information and hours). This is the first.

And secondly, the procedure for taking the state qualification exam has changed, which must be taken in 2 stages:

  1. “theory” and “platform”;
  2. "city".

However, it should be recognized that there will not be a single training period for driving school across the country. This is impossible. The duration of training in each driving school for each program will be entirely individual.

Everything will depend on the lesson formula, which includes the number of busy days per week and the number of hours allocated for each lesson (we looked at the average formula with the ideal course of events).

Right

Today, a modern resident of a metropolis is almost always a motorist or dreams of becoming one and having the right to drive a car.

Where can I study, pass the exam and get my license? Similar questions concern many, although there are quite a large number of driving schools in Moscow.

This is due to the fact that quite often the classes are superficial; school classes do not help in passing the exam and obtaining a license the first time.

“MOTOR” – EFFECTIVE, RELIABLE, PROFITABLE!

If you want to feel confident behind the wheel and quickly receive documents, take advantage of the offer of MOTOR driving schools - training for category B drivers.

This category is the most popular, since most motorists have cars that meet its standards - the maximum weight of the car is no more than 3.5 tons, the capacity is no more than 8 people, not counting the driver.

Any citizen can get a license (people with disabilities can also do this) who have reached the minimum age threshold, an important point is the absence of medical contraindications (it gives you the opportunity to train). It is not difficult to obtain a license, but it is necessary, they provide the opportunity to drive vehicles.

Our driving school does everything to make the learning process easier and not delay obtaining a license. People with disabilities will also receive all possible assistance in passing the exam and obtaining their cherished rights. Choose our school for a complete and comprehensive driving study. We also teach the rights of people with disabilities.

Practical teaching experience shows that classes at the MOTOR driving school are quite effective; our cadets successfully pass the exam the first time and receive a license. Such high results, among other driving schools, are due to a number of factors:

We have enormous experience since 1997, which is undoubtedly positively reflected in the quality of classes;

Our school has modern classrooms equipped with specialized equipment and simulators. We also have special practical training areas that comply with the recently adopted study rules;

Training for disabled people is carried out in new cars with various types of gearboxes;

Organized exams with the cars with which the lessons were held (which simplifies passing the exam and obtaining a driver's license);

Practical classes include training sessions on traffic police examination routes, which will undoubtedly have a positive effect on the upcoming exam (specially equipped cars are provided);

Theory and practice are taught by experienced instructors using special teaching methods using modern computer programs and a modern database of visual materials that meet all the requirements set by the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation.

Courses for mastering the category of drivers by the MOTOR school offer minimally low prices, the ability to pay for classes in stages, choose a convenient schedule and location for classes (there are also courses for people with disabilities). Come to our driving school and we will help you get documents (we also have training opportunities for people with disabilities).

The driving school has provided the possibility of staged payment (in three stages), the possibility of lessons in installments before starting driving. In Motor it is also possible for disabled people to take a course! Motor - Driving school for you!

Calmly and confidently - a conversation with a traffic police inspector

Subtleties and nuances:

Read article »

There are many videos on the Internet that are made by lawyers and posted for public viewing, thereby entertaining users. They communicate with traffic police inspectors with an important look and a smile, defending their point of view.

But does every driver today have a legal education, and will every beginner who is just studying and planning to buy a car enroll in LAURFAK?! Of course not. Therefore, our Motor school in the Southern Administrative District has prepared a lot of interesting and educational things.

Yes, people with disabilities also study at our school, unlike others, we have all the necessary conditions for the study of people with disabilities. Rights also impose a lot of responsibility, so it is necessary to undergo category training in order to be able to obtain documents.

Of course, today everything can be found on the World Wide Web (including on driving school websites) without leaving home: laws, their interpretations, videos with explanations and much more. The motor will be able to explain everything to you in more detail, chew it over, everything will be clear even to a student.

We remind you, in turn, that it is not worthwhile to be rude, insult and attack an inspector who is next to an official vehicle, in uniform and with weapons.

If you realize that you are right, talk and ask questions calmly and confidently, with a firm note in your voice (this is the advice most schools give).

  • Practice in front of a mirror or work colleagues. It is imperative to achieve the desired effect. Almost all police officers are capable of pissing off any person by asking the same questions. Professional driving schools focus on this, creating such a situation right in the classroom. Already during their studies, everyone will be able to practice and experience what they can feel when talking with an inspector without leaving the car.
  • We also remind you that we teach a course where people with disabilities can study, and during the classes we tell you what advantages are provided for in the traffic rules. The classes we conduct are fully adapted and meet all requirements. Everyone will feel comfortable in our driving school.

Never refuse an examination, even if you drank yesterday. But the “handset” must have documents that it has been tested and is in good working order. Otherwise, ask to be taken for tests. Most often, it is fear that blocks a normal reaction to the offer to take an alcohol test.

Most often, breath and blood do not show ppm, since they have already weathered. Teachers often mention this in theory, explain the structure of the “pipe” and ways to deceive people who do not drink alcohol at all. Therefore, the driving school necessarily recommends attending lessons and not missing them.

During their studies, everyone will receive a lot of useful and valuable information, because this is what you pay for when enrolling in a driving course. In addition to the regular course, we train people with disabilities and have all the necessary conditions and documentation for preparation and study so that everyone can pass the exam.

Disabled people are provided with all conditions for training and assistance in passing the driving test. All in your hands.

  • "MOTOR" has prepared all the necessary information on behavior on the road and many other issues.

How to teach driving in Russia

Obtaining a driver's license is a rather troublesome procedure, first you need to undergo training for a driver's license, then you need to pass a driver's license exam, then you need to find out where (in which traffic police department) you can get a driver's license in hand.

Driving school training is mandatory

To pass a driver's license, you need to go through a rather complex training procedure, which includes a theoretical and practical course approved by the Education Committee. The training course has a standard format. The number of participants in groups in which training will take place should not exceed 30 people.

Theoretical course

The first part of the training is a theoretical course, the duration of which is from 14 to 90 days, depending on the intensity (number of classes per day). There are different forms of training (daytime, evening, individual classes, weekend training). Training should take place in classrooms equipped specifically for this type of training.

Specially equipped classroom for training future motorists

The training course includes:

  1. Studying the traffic rules of the Russian Federation.
  2. Studying the structure of a car.
  3. Road safety.
  4. Basics of first aid.

When studying the structure of a car, we will consider such car control elements as the steering wheel, brake pedals, accelerator pedals, clutch pedals), and parking brake lever.

Switches will also be studied, namely direction indicators, side lights, headlights, windshield wipers and the car's ignition switch.

One of the most important elements of driving a car, which is studied in the course, is the steering wheel. You need to hold the steering wheel with both hands and only occasionally change gears with your right hand (if the car has a manual transmission). The weight of your hands is on the steering wheel, so they should not get tired. It is not recommended to hold the steering wheel with one hand, as this can lead to an emergency.

The left foot should be on the clutch pedal (if the car is equipped with a manual transmission). By smoothly releasing the clutch pedal and pressing the accelerator pedal accordingly, torque is transmitted from the engine to the wheels, and the car begins to move.

When the clutch pedal is not pressed, then the clutch discs are not connected and, accordingly, there is no drive to the wheels; in this case, gears can be changed.

If the car has an automatic transmission, then there is no clutch pedal; the clutch operates in automatic mode.

It is most convenient to press the brake pedal with your right foot. You cannot press the brake pedal all the way at once, in this case the car may skid; you must press the pedal gradually, but quickly enough.

It’s good if the car has a system (ABS), which helps to use the braking system more efficiently.

You also need to press the accelerator pedal with your right foot. The right foot completely copes with this task; you cannot press these two pedals at the same time. The accelerator pedal is very sensitive and when you press it lightly, it will immediately respond by accelerating the car. Press this pedal lightly and smoothly, otherwise the drive wheels may slip.

Both automatic transmission and manual transmission are controlled using the gear lever. You need to operate this lever with your right hand. Shifting gears on a manual transmission is different from shifting gears on an automatic transmission. The training course must show how to use the two types of gearboxes.

The parking brake is controlled by a lever located between the two front seats. When driving, the lever must be completely lowered; when parked, you need to tighten it up. In order to lower the lever, you need to press the button on the lever and move it down.

Practical course

Driving school training cars

One of the most important components of training is the practical course. This course must be conducted by driving school instructors in special vehicles that are equipped with the necessary devices. Exercises take place at special sites and in the city along a strictly defined route.

Simulator

But at the beginning of their studies in many schools, students are trained on a simulator (if the school has one). This device simulates a real car, with a car-like seat. The simulator is also equipped with all controls (steering wheel, pedals, gear lever). Using the simulator, the student learns to use controls automatically.

Special driving school site

Next, the future driver learns to drive a real car on a special platform. When undergoing training on the site, the student will perform exercises such as snake, reverse parking, emergency braking and others.

The last stage is a trip to public roads; the route for such training must be approved by the traffic police. When performing this type of exercise, an experienced instructor must be in the car.

After completing all stages of training, students take internal exams at school, which are similar to the exam in the traffic police. After passing the exam, the student is given a document that confirms completion of training and with it he can take exams at the traffic police.

To pass the exams at the traffic police, you also need to obtain a medical examination report from the hospital. The document confirming the completion of the medical examination must contain the signatures of an ENT specialist, therapist, ophthalmologist, or surgeon.

You also need to undergo an examination to determine the absence of drug addiction and to confirm a normal psychoneurological state. All this can be done in any clinic where there are appropriate specialists.

To pass, you will also need a passport, 3x4 photographs, and a military ID for men.

To take the exam at the traffic police you need to have with you:

  1. Certificate of medical examination (form 083/у);
  2. Statement;
  3. Passport (or other document confirming your identity);
  4. A document confirming completion of training at a driving school.

After submitting all the necessary documents, you will be told what day the exam is scheduled for you. First of all, during the exam you will be tested for theoretical knowledge in the form of special tests. Next, on a special platform, you will need to perform several maneuvers in the car. In conclusion, you will have to drive the specified route around the city, together with a traffic police officer.

If you pass the exam the first time, then you can apply for a driver's license. If you were unable to pass the exam the first time, then you can take it again after 7 days. You can take exams many times until you pass, but with an interval of 7 days.

If you have not passed the theoretical course, then you will not be allowed to take the practical course.

If you have passed all the necessary tests at the traffic police, then you can pick up your driver’s license from the traffic police, for which you will need the following documents:

  1. Identity document (passport);
  2. Statement;
  3. Exam sheet;
  4. A document indicating completion of training at a driving school;
  5. Original and copy of medical examination certificate;
  6. Photo 3x4;
  7. State duty payment receipt;

This is approximately what the existing procedure for obtaining a driver’s license in our country looks like. It will take some time to complete the training and pass the exams, but in the end you will become a well-trained and responsible driver.
